But: travelling in Madagascar can be exhausting. Public transport often is slow and uncomfortable. During a three-week trip, the average traveller spends several days waiting for busses or arduously travelling in cramped vehicles.

In order to see as much as possible of the country and be flexible and comfortable at the same time, we offer you an alternative: travelling by rental car. Mada Voitures offers you rental cars at very reasonable prices and with experienced driver-guides who know the entire island. Get to know the country in all its exceptional beauty and experience a unique nature and culture - travelling at your own pace and as safely as possible!

Mada Voitures is a small family-owned rental car company and is independent of the large rental car companies. It is managed by Aurélia Robison, a young university-educated tourism expert whose vision it is to share the beauty of her country with the world.

GOALS :
Our goal is not only to offer you the rental car best suitable for your needs, but also (if you wish so) to help organise your trip, in order for you to have a unique and unforgettable experience in Madagascar and be in close contact to the Malagasy people. (Of course you can also organise your trip yourself - we are there if you need us, but we don't impose ourselves on you).

OUR SERVICES :
We offer our services starting with your arrival at the airport - i.e. a transfer to your hotel or other venue - and if you wish we can organise guided tours and trips according to your needs (ecotourism, business trip, fair and sustainable tourism, beach holidays, discoveries, adventure...) - all according to your individual taste and with a reliable and unobtrusive driver at your side.

Our drivers speak French and some also speak English. They know their island extremely well. Our rental cars are in very good condition and undergo regular maintenance. As our client you can thus enjoy your trip safely: pleasure, relaxation and discovery with Mada Voitures.

OUR RATES (VALID FOR 2013) :

The driver's pay is already included in the rent. Listed prices do not include fuel. The car is handed over with a full gas tank and is expected to be returned full as well (please keep your refueling receipt).

PAYMENT :
After confirmation of your reservation the amount is to be paid to Mada Voitures, either via bank transfer to our account in Europe or in Madagascar in cash (in euros or local currency = ariary).

In case of late return of rented vehicles, additional fees may arise.

CANCELLATION - CHANGES :
We do not charge any fee for modifying a reservation; nevertheless, any modification has to be made at least 48 hours before the planned first day of rent.
